Yes! All orders that are shipped within the USA are free of charge for standard shipping. This includes Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii.

CUSTOMS - IMPORT FEES & LOCAL TAXES
You will be responsible for paying any duties, import fees, or taxes charged by your local government. For more information about any additional taxes and import fees that may be charged in your country, contact your local customs office.
We ship ALL domestic and international orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).
You will receive an order confirmation number via email once your order has been placed.
Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details regarding your tracking number.

Using First Class Mail International, deliveries can take between 7–21 days to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
RETURNS
Of course you can. All pieces are checked and inspected before being shipped out to ensure they meet our highest standard of quality before arriving at your doorstep. Though, we understand you may not be satisfied with an item or it is defective upon arrival.

RETURNS
Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request.
Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed and provide you further return instructions.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund and send you a return shipping label to make things easier for you.
When will I receive my refund?
All payments will be refunded on your original payment method (minus any shipping fees). Take into consideration that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All beaded jewelry is made from glass beads. All earring hooks are either hypoallergenic sterling, nickel-free silver or 14k gold.
Care instructions:
Do not apply heavy perfumes or creams directly to the beaded piece.
Clean with a dry cloth or soft towel and store in a dry area.
All Wayuu bags, punch needle pieces, and clutches are made from 100% acrylic thread.
Making them extra durable, anti-color fading, easy to maintain, and hypoallergenic.
Care instructions:
Spot treat any stains with a bit of mild soap, a soft brush, and warm water. Rinse and repeat if needed.
Hang to dry, do not tumble dry as it might ruin the tassels.
Do not use any detergents with bleach.
Special request orders may take up from 5-7 weeks. This is because all items we carry are handmade and shipped from various parts of Colombia.
